Talia Vance's Testimonial

Talia, I am very proud of the work you put in through the countless days, weeks, and months that go into a contest prep.  No matter how many times you fall you continue to get up and move forward and that is what is most important. Lets rock that stage in April!

I have always been passionate about fitness and eating healthy but I never quite knew how to get a good balance.  I was never reaching my goals on my own and when I finally decided to take the big leap into the world of competing, Ron Griffin was the first and only person that came to mind.  I started working with him in May and did my first competition in October.  I have to say that I could not have had a better trainer, not only for his knowledge and advice but more importantly his empathy, support and consistent understanding.  My major reason for wanting to compete was to break some bad binging habits and unhealthy relationships I had with food.  It was a very tough ride but Ron was with me every step of the way.  He did not yell at me or ever give up on me.  He was always there with words of encouragement and a hand to grab onto once I fell down.  He helped me back up more than once and it was an experience I will never forget.  I would recommend Ron to anyone and am having him help me on round 2 of competing!

Matt Schiavi's Testimonial

I just want to say that this is my favorite testimonial for some very obvious reasons, I love hearing all of my clients success stories but seeing someone battle back from cancer and give it there all every damn day, never making an excuse and even puking from working so hard, gives me chills.  I am very proud of you Matt, keep working hard everyday!

When I started training with Ron Griffin in August 2011, I was still recovering from chemotherapy. I had won the cancer battle but as anyone who's gone through that knows, that's just the beginning of your problems not the end. I was a wreck, months of heavy dose chemo left me physically and mentally destroyed.

The years leading up to the sickness I was a trim 190lbs with mostly muscle and very little fat. After the cance it was the opposite. I was 248 lbs, fat and bald with little to no muscle. I wasn't sure where to start or even how to begin the road to recovery. That's when my brother recommended someone to me, Trainer Ron Griffin. And I can honestly at its one of the best choices I have ever made.

With Ron's program, both diet and training, I began seeing pounds lost quick. And now, 5 months later, I have lost a total of 28 pounds and now weigh a respectable 220. My strength has increased 100% and I now have lean muscle where I had flab just a short time ago. But the most important thing is that I have regained my self confidence and self respect. I used to be depressed about my body I now feel good and Ron has helped me get to this point. If your willing to do the battling and take the hits, Ron can help get you where you want to be. He's helped me and I would recommend him to anyone looking to change there lives!
